Section 6 – Partial COD Orders and RTO Policy

For orders placed using the Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment method, the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable if the order is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal, non-acceptance, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any customer-related reason.

Partial COD orders are prioritized over standard COD orders and include charges towards priority processing, logistics, packaging, and handling. As these costs are incurred once the order is processed, the advance amount will not be refunded in the event of an RTO.

By placing a Partial COD order, the customer agrees to this policy.
